Voice Placement and
Audition Information

Voice placement appointments for Ablaze Vocal Arts Ensemble and audition appointments for Ignite Chamber Choir for the Spring 2026 term are now closed. Voice placement and audition appointments for the 2026-27 season will be available in May 2026 and September 2026.

Ablaze Vocal Arts Ensemble accepts new singers at the start of each term (September and January). Ignite Chamber Choir accepts new singers in May for the following season for a one-year commitment, however, there are additional rounds of auditions held in September and January every year to fill potential vacancies in the roster.

 Are you a singer who wants to participate in short-term projects? The Special Projects Roster may be for you!

Are you an experienced choral singer who is currently unable to commit to a long-term weekly choral schedule? The Ablaze Vocal Arts Ensemble Special Projects Roster may be for you! Throughout the choral season, short-term special projects often arise. Examples of special projects that Ablaze Vocal Arts Ensemble took part in during previous seasons include singing with The Tenors at Casino Regina in November 2023 and December 2023, and singing Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem with the Regina Symphony Orchestra in June 2024. Our special projects for the 2025-26 season include Home Alone: In Concert with the RSO, and singing with The Tenors at Casino Regina.
